I ship to the UK and aim to send orders within 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification that includes a tracking number. Packaging is 100% recyclable and includes cornstarch packing peanuts that can be put in your compost pile or dissolved in water.

Unused products purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. To start the process, please email. Please note that I am not able to refund the original or return shipping cost. Please, make sure to obtain proof of postage, as I cannot refund orders that get lost during the return journey. All sample, second, and sale purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
As carefully as I pack all orders, sometimes their journey might be a bit bumpier than expected. If your order arrives damaged, please email with a picture and I will arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
All my pieces are hand-thrown, therefore slight differences in size, shape and finish should be expected, along with plenty of character that makes each piece unique.
Pieces are made from high-fired stoneware and finished with durable, food-safe glazes. Please note that unglazed surfaces are more susceptible to staining, but any stains should gradually fade into the general patina of your piece over time. You can pop most pieces in the dishwasher (unless otherwise stated in the product description), but it's recommended to hand wash them to keep them in tip-top shape. Please avoid exposing them to extreme changes in temperature, as this could cause the ceramics to crack. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
